Lee Goudie, President/Owner

Has more then 20 years of development experience in residential and commercial communities.

Aqua Marine Development Inc., a real estate development company focused on developing luxury townhomes in coastal Florida. The company was founded in 2013 by Lee Goudie and is based in Rockledge, Florida. Mr. Goudie has accumulated a vast amount of experiences stemming from both educational endeavors and previous business ventures. Most notably, Mr. Goudie developed a 350-acre property in the Bahamas from 1999-2004, which entailed developing 100 timeshare units, designing and developing an 18-hole golf course (in partnership with Arnold Palmer’s design team), and renovating a 16-room boutique hotel. This project is a great example of Mr. Goudie’s ability to manage diverse large-scale projects. This project is the first of three proposed up-coming projects that the Company intends to complete over the next 5 years.
